A little about the Author
The author Sir Terence Conran, the British designer who revolutionised retail and decor, died at the age of 88 in September 2020. He is probably best known as the founder of Habitat which brought modern style and simplicity to UK homes in the 1960s and subsequently it went global. In addition to authoring many books on home and interior design Sir Terence was one of the founder members the British Design Museum in London.
